Terms of Service
Last updated September 4, 2026. Version sapphire-public-terms-2026-09-04.
1. Acceptance
These Terms govern access to Sapphire Strategies Political Consulting, LLC websites, strategy brief forms, public resources, demos, and related campaign consulting or campaign infrastructure services. By accessing the site, submitting a form, requesting services, or using a Sapphire service after these Terms are presented, you agree to these Terms. Separate signed agreements, order forms, statements of work, platform terms, or data agreements control where they conflict.
2. Services
Sapphire provides campaign strategy, fundraising, field, data, monitoring, communications, follow-up, and operational support. Public website descriptions are informational and do not guarantee a result, timeline, candidate outcome, fundraising total, voter-contact volume, platform availability, or provider approval.
3. Lawful Use and Authority
You represent that you have authority to submit information, request work, and provide any campaign, organization, supporter, donor, volunteer, voter, or other data to Sapphire. You are responsible for honoring campaign finance law, election law, privacy law, messaging law, source-data restrictions, vendor terms, platform policies, consent obligations, opt-outs, and contractual limits that apply to your data or outreach.
4. Data Handling
Sapphire may process submitted, uploaded, imported, appended, generated, and operational data to provide services, respond to requests, secure systems, maintain records, audit activity, comply with law, improve data quality, and support Sapphire products including Data Central, Nexus, CallForge, GOCanvass, Sentinel, and SapphireConnect where applicable.
Sapphire may use aggregated, de-identified, statistical, benchmark, modeled, scored, quality, and other derived outputs to improve, market, license, commercialize, or sell products and services, provided those outputs are not reasonably linkable to a specific person, household, client-confidential list, or non-public identifiable customer dataset. Sapphire will not sell, rent, license, or disclose identifiable customer data, identifiable voter or donor records, FEC-derived individual contributor information, opt-out records, or client-confidential non-public lists through these Terms except at customer direction, to service providers under restricted contracts, for legal/compliance/security/billing/dispute needs, in a corporate transaction, or under a separate signed data broker, licensing, resale, or data-sale agreement.
5. Communications
If you provide contact information, Sapphire may respond about your request and related services. SMS, email, phone, and other outreach may be subject to additional consent, notice, opt-out, and platform requirements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to supported SMS programs to opt out and HELP for help.
6. Intellectual Property
Sapphire websites, software, copy, designs, workflows, models, dashboards, reports, processes, and related materials are owned by Sapphire or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, misuse, or exploit Sapphire systems except as expressly authorized in writing.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
Sapphire services and websites are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sapphire disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Sapphire's aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid to Sapphire for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
8. Updates
Sapphire may update these Terms as services, law, provider requirements, or operations change. Material updates may require renewed acceptance in applicable products. Continued use after updated Terms are presented means acceptance of the updated Terms.
