Missouri AFL-CIO Endorses Bethany Mann for U.S. House Representatives - Missouri Congressional District 3

Wentzville, MO -  The Missouri American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations proudly announces its endorsement of Bethany Mann for the upcoming U.S. House Representatives - MO CD 3 seat in the November 5, 2024 General Election.

In a formal statement released today, the Missouri AFL-CIO expressed its support for Bethany Mann, citing her commitment to protecting the rights of all workers, advocating for collective bargaining agreements, and ensuring upward mobility and quality of life for Missourians.

"We believe Bethany shares our values and will tirelessly work to protect the rights of working people, standing up for their best interests when it matters most," said the Missouri AFL-CIO in their endorsement letter. The endorsement highlights Bethany Mann's dedication to public education, safe job sites, and strengthening the democratic process, values that resonate with the core principles of organized labor. "We are proud to partner with Bethany Mann in these critical endeavors, and we look forward to standing with her on Election Day to make Missouri a state that works for everyone," stated the Missouri AFL-CIO.

In response to this endorsement, Bethany said, “I am proud to partner with the AFL-CIO. With my background in manufacturing and agriculture, I know the importance of safe work sites, job training, and building relationships to affect positive change. Our shared values and commitment to building up the middle class and empowering American workers will lead to economic growth and policies that will improve the lives of all Missouri families. ”

Bethany Mann is the Democratic candidate for Congressional District 3. She currently lives in St. Peters, Missouri with her husband Carson and three children. Her campaign runs on supporting education, infrastructure, healthcare, voting rights, the environment, and reproductive rights.
