Bethany Mann has proudly carried the Democratic banner in Missouri’s 3rd Congressional District across the 2022 and 2024 cycles. In 2024, Bethany partnered with Sapphire Strategies to lead her campaign, with a focus on paid and earned media strategy.​

Together, we built the largest paid communications program the district had seen in over a decade — blending traditional and nontraditional media to reach hundreds of thousands of voters where they were.​

Through Sapphire’s media relations work, Bethany earned significant press coverage and attention on her platform — driving a +1% swing in vote share, even in a cycle where the state shifted -2%.
